Suit Ping has more than twenty-five years of Human Resource work experience.
In the corporate environment for US & Singapore MNCs, 8 ½ years were spent as Head of HR in the IT industry (Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, Frontline Technologies) performing regional roles in the Asia Pacific region. These countries include Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
Corporation work involved managing the whole spectrum of business partnership, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training & development, organizational development, HR information systems, mergers & acquisitions & payroll processes.
In HR consultancy, organizations have benefitted from her work in salary remuneration analysis, salary & job structure, performance management systems, job flow and job descriptions for transition to another level of business.
